Salary: £25,200 (£42,000 FTE)

We’re looking for a talented Videographer / Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team and help bring our clients’ stories to life through high-quality video and animation. Working closely with our Creative Director and account teams, you’ll create engaging, visually compelling content that strengthens PR and marketing campaigns across a wide range of clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Planning and executing video shoots, including lighting, audio, and camera setup, to capture high-quality footage.
  • Editing video content to produce engaging, on-brand outputs that align with client briefs, messaging, and objectives.
  • Create custom motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, PR teams, account managers, and clients throughout the production process.
  • Maintain video equipment and stay up to date with the latest video, motion graphics, and AI-driven technologies.

Videographer / Motion Graphics Designer Requirements

  • Proven experience in videography and motion graphics design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • A solid understanding of video production, composition, lighting, and audio.
  • Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual content.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
