  • Proven Quality Manager experience in manufacturing (automotive/aerospace ideal)
  • Strong ISO / audit / compliance knowledge
  • Experience with supplier quality management
  • Hands-on, driven, “get it done” mindset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
