Due to continued growth, a leading international manufacturer of construction products is looking to appoint an experienced Key Account Manager to develop and grow a portfolio of UK-based clients.
This is a high-impact, relationship-led role focused on managing and expanding key contractor and manufacturer accounts across the construction sector.
You’ll be responsible for promoting a broad portfolio of construction products to specialist contractors and manufacturers, including:
- Roofing Specialists
- Façade & Fenestration Contractors
- Bricklaying Contractors
- Modular Building Manufacturers
- Drylining Contractors
With typical order values ranging from £1K to £500K, you’ll engage with senior decision-makers including Construction Directors, Senior Project Managers, Technical & Installation Managers, Estimators, and Procurement professionals.
This is a hybrid position with 2–3 days per week at the Worcester HQ and 2–3 days in the field visiting clients.
We’re seeking a polished, high-energy account management professional with:
- Proven experience selling construction products into specialist contractors or manufacturers
- Strong relationship-building and key account management skills
- A track record of growing and developing existing accounts
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills
