We are working for an Oxfordshire based Principal Contractor who are looking for 2 Site Managers, to manage the day to day delivery of Commercial Office Construction and Fit Out Projects. Projects can be in Oxfordshire, Greater London, Bucks, Berks, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Warwickshire & Northants.
As a Site Manager you will be setting up each site, planning day to day works, managing specialist subcontractors and dealing with client representatives. The successful candidate MUST HAVE experience of working on Commercial Office Construction & Fit Out Projects.
The candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of setting up and managing construction sites and must be able to read & interpret construction drawings. They will be willing to travel & must have a valid CSCS Card or SMSTS card.
In return, the candidate will receive a basic salary of £55k-£65k + company car, Pension, Medical, 25 days holiday and an annual bonus up to 12%. They will also benefit from excellent longer term career progression opportunities.
