We are supporting a growing mechanical building services contractor and need Mechanical Project Managers for expansion. The role involves delivering projects (£200k‑£2m) across healthcare, pharma, commercial, airports, and high‑end residential, covering pre‑fabricated plant rooms, HVAC, chillers, ductwork, and pipework mainly along the M40/M4 corridor.
Responsibilities
- Deliver mechanical projects end‑to‑end, managing the full project lifecycle.
- Coordinate design, procurement, construction and commissioning of mechanical plant rooms, HVAC, chillers, ductwork and pipework.
- Provide commercial oversight and manage budgets for projects.
- Manage relationships with principal contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering mechanical projects including HVAC, chillers, ductwork, and pipework.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Experience managing principal contractors, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Ability to deliver projects end‑to‑end.
