This specialist Principal Contractor delivers High-End Construction and Refurbishment projects for the Motorsport (Formula One Racing), Commercial Office and Healthcare Sectors.\\n\\nDue to expansion the company require a Technical Services Manager with at least 3 years TSM experience gained from within a Principal or Tier 1 Contractor .\\n\\nProject values range from £1 million to £25 million and are typically based in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Northamptonshire, Wiltshire Buckinghamshire & Warwickshire.\\n\\nReporting to the Operations Director as a Technical Services Manager you will be working on Project Sites and from home.\\n\\nWith the opportunity to work with some high- profile clients on some innovative and hi-tech projects , this truly is a unique opportunity .\\n\\nThe successful candidate will have:\\n\\n * Excellent relationship building skills\\n\\n * A collaborative approach\\n\\n * A minimum of 3 years' experience in a TSM role for a Principal or Tier 1 contractor.\\n\\n * An understanding of JCT forms of Contract\\n\\n * Educated to a minimum level of HNC in a Building Services ( MEP) related qualification.\\n\\n * Experience of delivering MEP Projects and Packages on New Build Construction and Fit Out ProjectsN ( NON RESIDENTIAL SCHEMES)\\n\\nThe rewards include a base between £80k-£95k ( DoE), Company Car/ Car allowance, 25 Days Annual Leave .
