Want to deliver real decarbonisation impact across the commercial built environment? Weβre working with a growing green energy consultancy that helps major landlords and asset managers cut emissions and upgrade their buildings β from audits through to detailed design. Theyβre now looking for a Sustainability Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to support projects at the intersection of building services and climate action. π¨ What Youβll Do: β Carry out building surveys, energy audits & HVAC assessments β Develop mechanical-led MEP upgrade strategies β Use IESVE and AutoCAD to model and design low-carbon systems β Support delivery of EPCs, ESOS reports, and decarbonisation roadmaps β Collaborate with clients, PMs & engineers across full project lifecycle π What Theyβre Looking For: * Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or similar * Background in HVAC / mechanical building systems * Knowledge of decarbonisation, retrofit strategies, and energy performance * Proficient in IESVE and AutoCAD (or equivalent) * Comfortable working onsite and liaising with clients * Keen to grow in a mission-led, fast-paced environment * Experienced at preparing & presenting data, analysis and recommendations π Whatβs On Offer: * π· Β£50,000 β Β£75,000 salary, based on experience * π 25 days holiday + pension * π‘ Hybrid working (office near Euston, London) * π Commitment to training (EPC, ESOS, software & CPD support) * π Meaningful work on commercial decarbonisation projects * π€ Collaborative, growing team with clear progression opportunities π Sound like you?
