Mechanical Project Engineer – Step Up to Technical Services Manager £60,000 – £75,000 + Electric Car/Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Are you a Mechanical Project Engineer or Project Manager ready to take the next step towards a Technical Services Manager role? Our client is an established Principal Contractor delivering £250k–£15m construction projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire. Based from their office near Reading, with regular site involvement, you will work closely with an experienced Technical Services Manager, managing mechanical and M&E packages across high-end Commercial Office Fit Out and New Build projects from pre-construction through to completion. Projects span Motorsport, Commercial, Light Industrial, Pharmaceutical and NHS sectors. Mechanical packages include: * HVAC and Chillers * Ductwork and Pipework * Plant Rooms * Heating, Ventilation and Hot & Cold Water Services The ideal candidate: * Mechanical Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager. * Strong mechanical building services background. * Experience managing M&E packages on UK Commercial Office Fit Out and/or New Build projects. * Previous experience with a Tier One Contractor or specialist M&E Subcontractor. * Technically strong, commercially aware and confident managing subcontractors and project teams. * Ambitious and ready to progress into a Technical Services Manager position.
