Regional Sales Manager – Automotive & Electronics Division | UK & Northern Europe
Have you sold conformal coatings or other technical products into the Electronics or Automotive OEMs? An international manufacturer of industrial coatings & sealants – trusted in Defence, Aviation, Utilities, Electronics and Automotive – is growing its European team. With operations across APAC, the US and Europe, and a portfolio of recognised global brands, this is a chance to join a company with real momentum.
The Role
We\\\’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in the Automotive and Electronics sectors.
You\\\’ll be responsible for
- Manage a sales territory to include UK, Nordics, Benelux and the Baltics
- Sell specialist conformal coatings to end-user clients in the Electronics & Automotive sector
- Support and develop relationships with distributors
- Cover the UK, Nordics, Baltics & Benelux (home-based in the UK, 3 days a week on the road)
- Report directly to the European Sales Manager
- You\\\’ll be supported by an international marketing team, industry-leading brands, and a strong presence at global exhibitions & conferences.
What We\\\’re Looking For
- Proven Field sales experience in technical products into the Electronics and/or Automotive sector
- Strong relationship-builder with a commercial mindset
- Experience of selling to end user clients
- Experience of selling conformal coatings or similar technical products
- Experienced in use of CRM Tools such as Salesforce
- Flexibility to work away from home 3 days a week
