Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will have genuine responsibility and autonomy, working closely with senior client representatives and stakeholders at Director and Board level. The opportunity * Take ownership of major construction and fit-out projects from start to completion. * Deliver projects valued at up to £20m. * Work with prestigious clients across a variety of sectors, including Motorsport / F1. * Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants and supply-chain partners. * Manage programme, quality, health & safety, cost and commercial performance. * Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. * Work closely with the Operations Director and senior management team. * Play a key role within a growing business with a strong pipeline of work. What we're looking for We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who has worked for a commercial construction contractor and is comfortable taking ownership of significant projects. You'll need: * Proven experience delivering commercial construction / fit-out projects. * Strong Commercial Office and/or Light Industrial experience. * Experience managing projects of significant value and complexity. * Construction-related Degree, HND, NVQ or equivalent. * Proven experience managing subcontractors and project teams. * Strong commercial and contractual awareness. * Experience dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders at Director level. * Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. * Purely residential construction experience will not be considered.
