We’re working with a well-established and growing mechanical building services contractor based near High Wycombe, currently entering an exciting phase of expansion. Due to a strong and increasing pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint several Mechanical Project Managers to join their team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering mechanical building services projects from start to finish, typically valued between £200k and £2m. Sectors include healthcare, pharma, commercial offices, airports, and high-end residential, with most work located along the M40 and M4 corridors.
Project scope often includes:
- Pre-fabricated plant rooms
- HVAC systems & chillers
- Ductwork and pipework installations
Candidate Profile
Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects, specifically including: pipework, ductwork, chillers, and HVAC systems.
- Strong commercial awareness, including cost control and project financials
- Experience working with and managing principal contractors, as well as coordinating with subcontractors and client teams
- Ability to manage teams and take ownership of projects from inception through to completion
- Confident communicator, able to build and maintain strong client relationships
Also open to strong Mechanical Project Engineers who are ready to step up into a Project Manager role, with the right support and progression available.
