The company is now looking to enhance their preconstruction team with a Construction Design Manager. Working closely with the Estimating & Project Management teams, you will manage and coordinate the design and engineering process. You will be responsible for ensuring that consultants and construction partners develop technically robust and commercially sound solutions. You will often be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve value, buildability, and affordability for each project through the design process.

The company is looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Construction Design Manager role. It is essential that the individual has worked on construction or refurbishment projects valued between £2m–£20m within the Commercial Office sector.

The candidate will be rewarded with:
