A leading manufacturer of bespoke façades, balconies, and architectural metalwork is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager. Working with major residential developers and main contractors, you will manage opportunities from early engagement through to contract award, collaborating closely with design, estimating, and commercial teams.

Experience Required

  • Experience selling bespoke technical construction products such as:
    • Balconies & balustrades
    • Fixing Systems
    • Architectural metalwork
    • Façade systems / cladding
    • Architectural glazing
    • Louvres
    • Timber frame systems
    • Bespoke joinery

You will have:

  • Proven project-led sales experience into residential construction contractors
  • Technical Sales Experience
  • A track record of winning high-value projects
  • Strong commercial and relationship management skills
