We are working with a Regional Construction Contractor who are seeking a Project Manager with Framework experience required to deliver a range of Residential & Town Highways projects , with values up to £500k, for a number of local authorities. The Project Manager will be involved at the tender phase and on winning the project will be responsible for programming the job, resource planning the job, setting up cost & risk controls before running the job. The successful candidate will have worked for a Contractor and have experience of delivering Highways projects for Local Authorities. Ideally they will have experience of Framework contracts . The candidate will have commercial acumen and will be able to demonstrate experience of programming and delivering projects to time and budget. In return the candidate will benefit from a basic salary of £60k-£65k plus car allowance, Pension, Medical and 25dh plus BH . They will also receive ongoing training and development and ambitious candidates will also have excellent long-term career progression opportunities
