We're looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join an established materials handling business and drive growth through a national network of approximately 200 dealers and value-added resellers. This is a highly relationship-driven and commercially focused role, combining strategic account management with new business development.
The role You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing relationships with approximately 200 dealers and VARs.
- Building relationships with Directors, owners and senior decision-makers.
- Increasing sales volumes and product penetration through existing channel partners.
- Identifying, recruiting and onboarding new channel partners across the UK.
- Supporting partner sales teams with product training, sales development and joint customer visits.
- Developing account plans and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
- Working closely with an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager who provides quotations and technical support.
- Travelling nationally to visit dealers, prospective partners and customers.
- Working from the Buckingham HQ when not visiting clients.
About you We're particularly interested in people with experience in:

- Channel partner recruitment and development
You'll need to be commercially driven, confident dealing at Director level and capable of both developing existing relationships and opening new doors.
