We’re partnering with a well-established contractor delivering Building Fabric FM contracts across clients including Network Rail, National Highways, Universities, and Local Authorities.
They’re looking to appoint a Contracts Manager with multi-site experience to lead the delivery of a Building Fabric Maintenance & minor project works contract for one of their University Clients.
This is a client facing management role, with full budgetary responsibility and accountability for meeting contractual SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multi-site Building Fabric & minor works contracts, strong client-facing skills, and a genuine interest in leading and developing teams.
The role is based from home and on multiple sites within one of the organisations London University Clients.
