We’re supporting a growing mechanical building services contractor with a strong pipeline of work, looking to hire Mechanical Project Managers due to expansion.
You’ll deliver projects (£200k–£2m) across healthcare, pharma, commercial, airports and high-end residential, covering Pre Fabricated Plant Rooms, HVAC, chillers, ductwork and pipework, mainly along the M40/M4 corridor.
Requirements
- Experience delivering mechanical projects including HVAC, chillers, ductwork & pipework
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience managing principal contractors, subcontractors and client relationships
- Able to deliver projects end-to-end
