We’re partnering with a well-established contractor delivering Building Fabric FM contracts across clients including Network Rail, National Highways, Universities, and Local Authorities. They’re looking to appoint a Contracts Manager with multi-site experience to lead the delivery of a Building Fabric Maintenance & minor project works contract for one of their University Clients. This is a client facing management role, with full budgetary responsibility and accountability for meeting contractual SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multi-site Building Fabric & minor works contracts, strong client-facing skills, and a genuine interest in leading and developing teams.

The role is based from home and on multiple sites within one of the organisations London University Clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious, growing organisation. The package includes a basic salary of £55k–£60k, company car or car allowance, bonus, private medical, and pension, along with clear medium-term career progression.
