Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will gain exposure to a broad range of accounting duties and play an important role in the smooth running of the finance function across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Credit Control.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day finance operations and support the Finance Manager in the smooth running of the finance function.
- Support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Credit Control activities.
- Contribute to accurate and timely reporting and bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
- You must have previous experience in a finance administration role.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quick Books experience desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
