An exciting opportunity for a Head of Supply Chain to join a growing, international manufacturer supplying products into the construction sector. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations and a seat at the leadership table, driving performance, cost, and scalability during a major growth phase.
The Role
- Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) and demand forecasting across the business
- Own end-to-end supply chain strategy (procurement, planning, logistics)
- Drive supplier performance, negotiations and cost savings
- Improve inventory, service levels and operational efficiency
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team
- Drive ERP/MRP optimisation and continuous improvement
About You
- Senior supply chain leader within complex manufacturing environments
- Strong experience in SIOP, forecasting and planning
- Proven commercial and negotiation expertise
- Experience managing global suppliers and supply chains
- Data-driven, hands-on, and results-focused
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
