An exciting opportunity for a Head of Supply Chain to join a growing, international manufacturer supplying products into the construction sector. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations and a seat at the leadership table, driving performance, cost, and scalability during a major growth phase.

The Role

  • Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) and demand forecasting across the business
  • Own end-to-end supply chain strategy (procurement, planning, logistics)
  • Drive supplier performance, negotiations and cost savings
  • Improve inventory, service levels and operational efficiency
  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team
  • Drive ERP/MRP optimisation and continuous improvement

  • Senior supply chain leader within complex manufacturing environments
  • Strong experience in SIOP, forecasting and planning
