As a result, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver rail civils projects across Anglia and the wider Southern region. This is a key leadership role with real influence — managing projects end-to-end while helping grow the company’s self-delivery and project management capability.
The Role
- Deliver rail civils projects from tender award to final account
- Lead programmes, budgets, H&S, quality and client relationships
- Support bids and help secure new work
- Drive productivity, performance and programme certainty
- Act as the main client interface and senior site leader
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in rail civil engineering
- 5+ years as a Project Manager / Project Lead
- Strong NEC4 contract knowledge
- Proven record of delivering projects safely, on time and profitably
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering / Construction
- Confident leader, commercially astute, client-facing
- Full UK driving licence
