Business Development Manager – Surgical Instruments & Surgical Consumable Products. £65k–£85k (DoE) + up to £10k performance related bonus + executive car/car allowance, pension, medical, 25 DH + BH.
Territory: Worcestershire, Leicestershire, Cheshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire & Herefordshire.
We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join an established & growing healthcare solutions business making a real impact across NHS and private hospitals. You’ll be selling a range of high-quality Surgical Instruments & Surgical Consumable products into NHS Trusts & Private Hospitals developing revenues across both established & new clients.

Successful candidates will have/be:
- Consultative approach
- Experience in selling surgical consumable products/surgical instruments/surgical devices into NHS and Private Hospitals
- Ability to network within established clients to identify new opportunities
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- CRM experience
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
- Experience managing a sales territory
