Are you a Mechanical Project Engineer , Technical Services Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career?
We're working with an established Principal Contractor looking for a mechanically biased Building Services professional to work closely with the Head of Technical Services, with a clear opportunity to develop into a Technical Services Manager.
You'll work across high-end commercial fit-out and new-build projects, managing mechanical/M&E packages from pre-construction through delivery.
Projects range from £250k–£15m across sectors including Commercial, Motorsport, Pharma, NHS and Light Industrial.
- Mechanical Building Services experience
- Commercial office fit-out and/or new-build experience
- Tier 1 Main Contractor or specialist M&E subcontractor background
- The ambition to progress into Technical Services
