We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver both Construction and Interior Fit out Projects within the Commercial Office, Light Industrial, Private Healthcare and NHS Sectors.

Project values traditionally range from £500k up to £15 million.

Projects are typically Berkshire, Buckinghamshire , Surrey, Middlesex, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire , Wiltshire & Bedfordshire

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for new build construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects .

These will predominately be High- Specification Commercial Offices, Warehouses & Private Hospitals.

The scope of these projects will incorporate Construction, Structural Packages, M&E and Specialist Fit Out packages.

Working for a growing Principal Contractor this is a client facing role and the Construction Project Manager will be interfacing with a variety of key stakeholders within the client.

As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for programming the project, undertaking resource & material planning, managing specialist subcontractors and running the project to time and budget .

With a Construction related qualification the successful candidate could be working for a Principal Contractor or Main Contractor

The candidate MUST be able to demonstrate solid budget management experience, outstanding client and subcontractor management skills and a track record of delivering Commercial Office construction projects (incorporating Structural Frame, Construction & Interiors Packages) on time and to budget .

The ideal candidate will be located around the Reading , Basingstoke, Bracknell, Fleet, Maidenhead area.

The successful individual will be rewarded with a salary ranging from £80k-£90k plus an electric car/car allowance, annual bonus, medical cover , pension and 25 days annual leave.
