Design Manager opportunity on the HS2 programme at Old Oak Common. We’re working with a well-established M&E Design & Build contractor delivering major projects across the Rail, Highways, Power and Water sectors. They are seeking an experienced engineering professional to join the HS2 project team at Old Oak Common.

This is a key role leading the electrical design scope (up to 33kV) on a major infrastructure package, with responsibility for coordinating wider disciplines including M&E, Fire, Telecommunications and Public Health. Acting as the technical point of contact with the Client, you would ensure compliance with HS2 and Main Works Contractor design and assurance standards.

The role involves managing in-house and supply-chain designers, working within a BIM environment (Bentley / Revit), and supporting construction and procurement activities.

Successful candidates will be M&E biased, Degree Educated and will have undertaken a similar role on UK Rail, Power, Highways, Airports or Water projects.

The package includes a salary up to £100,000, car allowance, and benefits.
