Operating within a fast-paced sewing production environment, you will be working with a vast range of materials and designs, producing items of soft furnishings for sofas, chairs, and beds.
You will spend an initial 12-week period within our Sewing Academy where you will be trained on our models and techniques, before entering one of our production sewing rooms.
*Basic troubleshooting skills for sewing machines.
- Ability to work as part of a sewing production team or individually, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
*An experienced lockstitch machinist with a clear understanding of how an industrial lockstitch machine operates, able to produce consistently high-quality work, at a good rate of pace and in line with our production needs and demands.
- Ability to work with different fabric types and adjust machine settings accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientated.
