We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Representative to join our passionate and forward-thinking team at Whitemeadow, one of the most respected names in British-made upholstery. Covering a thriving territory across Northern England and Scotland, this is not just a sales role – it’s an opportunity to become part of a privately owned company that’s synonymous with a dynamic approach to the market, and values long-standing customer partnerships. You’ll be stepping into a well-established and high-potential region, working with a loyal customer base of independent and national furniture retailers. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just sell – but connects, consults, and brings energy and ideas to every conversation. Business travel throughout your territory is essential as is participation in our regular Sales team meetings here at HQ, in Nottingham. Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and targeting potential new clients across your territory.
Represent the Whitemeadow brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, acting as a trusted advisor and resource to our customers.
Proactively seek growth opportunities within current accounts and through new business development, working closely with customers to find the right product for their needs.
Share and maintain a detailed weekly schedule to ensure effective time and territory management.
Complete and present a monthly sales analysis, tracking performance against targets and identifying key trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Requirements: Your Skills
Organised with the ability to manage a dynamic schedule and multiple priorities.
Proven experience in a sales role (B2B or B2C) is preferred in the upholstery/home interiors industry, but not essential.
An understanding of the retail sector.

Excellent communication skills – you’re naturally personable and engaging.
