About the job
Start date: Monday 5th January 2026. Due to continued growth and success, we currently have opportunities across our manufacturing sites to work as part of a dependable team, contributing to the production of crafted upholstered furniture to the correct specification and quality standards, in a variety of production roles. The position plays a key role in our best‑in‑class products and is perfect for anyone who wants a varied and rewarding opportunity, in a physically active role in a fast‑paced environment. Throughout your time, you will be supported with on‑the‑job training and development opportunities to further your career.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out a wide range of duties involved in the manufacturing of crafted upholstered furniture from the receipt of raw materials to the despatch of the finished product.
- Ensuring high quality standards in all that you do, working across various departments which include but are not limited to goods in, issuing work, inspection, cushion filling, packaging and despatch.
- Maintaining and promoting safe working standards with an absolute commitment to your own and others' safety.
Requirements
- Desire to work in a fast‑paced furniture manufacturing site and develop your skills.
- Take pride in what you do and possess a ‘right first time’ mentality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work across several areas within the manufacturing units.
