About Whiteley Health
Whiteley Health is a new health clinic opening inside The Whiteley in W2 β the luxury redevelopment anchored by Six Senses London, Third Space's flagship wellness club, and 139 super-prime residences. We bring aesthetic treatments, private medical services, and pharmacy under one roof, built for one of the most affluent catchments in London.
The role
You are the commercial engine of the clinic. Sales ability and client coordination are the two things this role lives or dies on. You convert enquiries into treatments, packages and memberships, and you manage the diary so every client journey runs without friction β from first contact, through treatment, to rebooking and follow-up. The way we sell is consultative, calm, and confident. Never pushy. Genuine sales ability and comfort with commission-based earning are central to the role β this isn't reception with sales added on, it's a commercial role with hospitality at its core. If you've worked in a high-end aesthetic clinic and want to step into a more elevated environment, this is for you. If you've come from a luxury hotel, members' club, or premium retail brand and want to move into health and aesthetics, we'll train you on the clinical side.
What you'll do
- Lead on sales β consulting clients on treatments, packages, and our membership tiers; matching the right offer to each client; hitting individual and clinic-wide commercial targets.
- Own client coordination β managing the diary across multiple practitioners and rooms, driving rebooking and follow-up, handling phone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries with precision so no client falls through the cracks.
- Run front of house β greeting clients and delivering a luxury hospitality experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage payments β processing transactions and maintaining accurate daily sales records.
- Coordinate pharmacy collections β handing over prescriptions the pharmacist has prepared, referring all clinical questions back to the pharmacy team.
- Recommend our retail range β medical-grade skincare, supplements, and wellness products as a natural extension of the consultation.
What we're looking for
- Two years' experience in a client-facing commercial role in aesthetics, luxury hospitality, members' clubs, or premium retail.
- Genuine sales ability and comfort with commission-based earning. This role's commercial responsibility is core, not incidental.
- Strong client coordination and diary management skills.
- Confident, warm, and articulate communicator β in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Polished, professional presentation appropriate for a luxury healthcare environment.
- Experience with clinic booking or CRM systems is useful. Full training provided on the systems we use.
Shift pattern
Four 8-hour shifts each week, rotating between 9:00amβ5:00pm and 11:00amβ7:00pm. Plus one Sunday shift (11:00amβ5:00pm) every third week. Two weekends in three are completely free. No late nights, no split shifts.
What we offer
- Β£28,000βΒ£32,000 base with uncapped commission on treatments, packages, and memberships. Realistic OTE Β£40,000βΒ£48,000 for strong performers, with no ceiling.
- Generous treatment allowance and team discount on aesthetics, medical services, and retail.
- Structured two-week onboarding programme covering our aesthetic, medical, and pharmacy offer, service standards, and systems training.
- A founding-team role with a clear progression path β Senior Client Consultant, Clinic Lead, Clinic Manager β as we open the first site and plan the second.
