We're a new health clinic opening inside The Whiteley: the luxury redevelopment alongside Six Senses London and Third Space. We offer aesthetic treatments, private medical services, and pharmacy under one roof. We're hiring our founding client-facing team and we're specifically looking for hospitality talent. If you've worked front of house at a luxury hotel, members' club, or premium spa and you want to move out of late nights and split shifts into a clinic environment with uncapped commission and most weekends free, this is built for you.
The role in one line: Drive sales of aesthetic and medical treatments, coordinate the client diary, and own the commercial outcome of every client relationship.
Day to day:
- Consulting clients on treatments and membership tiers
- Converting enquiries
- Driving rebooking
- Managing the diary across practitioners and rooms
- Handling email and phone enquiries
- Processing payments
- Pharmacy retail consultations (skincare, supplements not medicines)
- Supporting events and partnerships
You'll fit if you have:
- Two-plus years in luxury hospitality, members' clubs, premium spa, or aesthetic clinics
