Whitelands Academy, a new mixed 11-16 school in Bicester, is seeking a Midday Supervisory Assistant for 10 hours per week on a permanent basis.

You will help supervise pupils at lunchtimes and support a calm, safe environment during the school day.

The role requires enthusiasm, clear communication with children and staff, and a good understanding of safeguarding practices as part of our supportive school community.
