Whitehouse Pupil Referral Unit is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Behaviour & Inclusion Lead to support pupils facing barriers to learning and help them develop confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Working with teaching staff and the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
- Deliver wellbeing sessions
- Provide one-to-one support
- Plan group interventions
- Collaborate with families and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the support they need
