We are looking for a caring and dedicated Nursery Nurse Level 1 to join our Early Years team, supporting our wonderful 3 and 4 year olds within a vibrant primary school setting.

What you’ll do
- Create a welcoming, engaging and inspiring learning environment where children can learn through play.
- Support the development of 3 and 4 year olds emotionally, socially and academically in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues to help every child reach their full potential.
- Observe, monitor and record children’s progress and celebrate their achievements.
- Help maintain a safe, secure and hygienic environment where children feel valued and cared for.
- Support children’s personal care needs with dignity, sensitivity and kindness.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to provide the best outcomes for children.
- Play an active role in promoting inclusive practice and provision for children with Special Educational Needs across the Early Years setting.
- Support the identification of additional needs and contribute to targeted planning to ensure all children are fully supported in their learning and development.
- Plan, deliver and evaluate interventions and targeted support programmes to help children achieve positive outcomes.
- Work closely with the SENCO, outside agencies and families to support individual children and celebrate progress.
- Adapt activities and learning opportunities to meet the diverse needs of all learners and ensure every child can thrive.
