We currently have an opportunity for an experienced individual on a fixed term contract to support the sales team
- Maintain and update internal systems, records, and sales documentation
- Process customer orders and raise purchase orders accurately.
- Track live orders and maintain critical path schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Produce and maintain customer order books and update purchase order information as required.
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to obtain order updates.
- Review reports and shipping documentation.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide updates
