Whitehouse Construction is a leading Civil Engineering SME. We are a family run business directly employing our entire workforce on a PAYE basis, recognising that our people make our business the success it is today. We work alongside a wide range of blue-chip companies such as the Environment Agency, Yorkshire Water, Manchester Airport Group, National Grid Electricity Distribution, and many more throughout the Midlands region and beyond. We also fully own and operate a UPVC Flood Door Manufacturing Facility.
We are looking for a Civil Engineering Working Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman in Civils
- Extensive and wide-ranging hands-on Civil Engineering & Construction skills (examples include tarmacking, kerb & pipe laying, steel fixing, joinery/shuttering, and concrete placement)
- Ability to produce safe, efficient sites in line with our triple ISO accreditation
- Strong leadership skills with site teams
- Experience working in busy, process-driven environments
- Valid CSCS card
- A full clean UK driving licence is essential
- Good communication and IT skills (MS Office Suite).
