As a Domiciliary Care Support Worker, you will deliver compassionate, person‑centred care to vulnerable individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities include providing hands‑on personal care, medication support, companionship, and maintaining accurate care records using mobile technology. Working flexibly across shifts, you'll build meaningful relationships with service users and families while following personalised care plans.
