Oracle PMO Analyst

A PMO Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources to join a major transformation programme based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week expected on-site.

The successful candidate will support a large-scale business services transformation, working across Finance, Commercial, HR, and Analytics functions. You will be responsible for supporting programme and project management processes, maintaining governance artefacts, providing technical support for Oracle applications, and ensuring stakeholders have clear, actionable insights to make informed decisions.

Do you have?

A strong background in PMO, project coordination, or programme support in structured delivery environments?

Experience supporting large-scale Oracle transformation programmes?

Confident experience managing project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, financial trackers, and status reporting packs?

Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams with functional, technical, data, and integration teams?

Ability to prepare and present clear written reports and governance materials for senior stakeholders?
