A Unit4 Service Delivery Team Lead is required by Whitehall Resources for our Surrey based client. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working, with an expectation of 1 day per week on-site (with some flexibility for the right candidate).
The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership with hands-on Unit4 expertise, supporting service delivery across one or more functional modules including Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, or FP&A.
Do you have?
- Proven experience supporting Unit4 ERP (Agresso) in a service delivery or application support environment?
- Strong functional knowledge across at least one Unit4 module?
- Experience leading or supervising a technical support team in a live ERP environment?
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Service Request and SLA management?
- The ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders?
