To keep pace with this growth, Whitehall is expanding its US team. We have three offices globally. Our managers focus on niche markets in specific verticals, so they are truly specialists in their field. This enables them to support our growing clients with the very best candidates.

The US team offers flexibility; you are able to start later, giving you the mornings free before you start at 10am and finishing at 7pm (5pm or 5:30pm on Fridays) or even earlier when we hit Deal Day.

Our expectations of you:

• Proven experience in SAP or IT recruitment.
• Management experience is not essential but is preferred.
• USA market experience is not essential but is preferred.
• Persistence and resilience
• Excellent negotiation skills

What the role entails:

• Leading and managing a team of recruitment consultants
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Client relationship management
• Sourcing niche top-tier talent
