Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an SAP PSCD Consultant. The role requires the use of an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company and candidates must not have been outside the UK for more than 6 months in the last 5 years.
Key Requirements
- A SAP PSCD management consultant responsible for delivering enhancements and project work relating to the TRM solution.
- Current functional knowledge of SAP TRM (Tax and Revenue Management) and PSCD (FI‑CA) solutions with excellent client‑facing skills.
- Experience leading or working within a team of functional consultants, refining requirements and designing appropriate solutions using SAP.
- Ability to take design through the build phase, support developers and testers, and implement into the live system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support a team in the SAP Delivery Centre to coordinate and deliver end‑to‑end solutions for new and existing projects (impacts, blueprints, functional specifications, build, etc.).
- Attend and lead workshops with clients to understand requirements and articulate solutions.
- Write design documentation such as blueprints and functional specifications.
- Configure the SAP solution to meet client requirements.
- Support developers during the build phase and initial testing.
- Assist testers to ensure thorough testing of the solution.
- Ensure successful delivery to the live system and complete an appropriate handover to live services.
- Knowledge of SAP Tax and Revenue Management is a plus.
Key Experience
- Experience with SAP Public Sector Collections and Disbursement (PSCD) or other industry‑specific FI‑CA (Utilities, Telecoms, Insurance, SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing).
- Experience with SAP TRM (Tax and Revenue Management).
- At least one full project life cycle (FI‑CA) and proven system support experience.
- Experience supporting/implementing SAP solutions within the Public Sector.
- Excellent consulting and customer‑facing skills.
- Knowledge of UK statutory financial accounting and reporting requirements, management accounting techniques and integration with other SAP modules.
- Accountancy qualifications an advantage.
- Problem and incident resolution, testing, documentation standards/methodology, interpersonal skills.
