SAP BTP Developer

A Senior SAP BTP Developer is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in the UK. This is a permanent position and can, for the most part, be done from home with travel to client sites when required.

The successful candidate will have hands-on SAP BTP development experience, with strong skills in CAP (Cloud Application Programming) and/or RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming), and a willingness to learn the other. You will work independently on client projects, providing technical expertise, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring compliance with best practices. This is a customer-facing role, so strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.

Role can be UK-based (preferably commutable from Leeds) or fully remote, with occasional travel to client sites as required

Do you have?

• Strong experience in SAP BTP development
• Proficiency in CAP and/or RAP, with the desire to learn the other
• Experience working independently on client projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide trusted technical guidance
• Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
• Ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions
