Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an Oracle HCM Payroll specialist - SC Cleared based in London for an initial 6 month contract.

Key responsibilities:
- Act as Oracle HCM Payroll specialist for the Oracle HCM Cloud Solution, managing data and business processes configuration, security, authorizations, mass structure changes, and uploads.
- Solve system issues and fix from end to end – these fixes may include short-term workarounds but must always focus on long-term solutions.
- Maintain close relationships and work with systems administrators in other functional areas; ensuring that upstream and downstream changes will result in efficient integration between systems.
- Provide support to the HR System Manager for all Oracle Cloud official releases, by participating in testing and the implementation of new functionalities.
- Understand business requirements, translate them into system functionalities, and support their implementation.
- Provide input to system procedures and documentation, and train users on new processes and functionality.
- Ensure the highest level of confidentiality is maintained in the treatment of personal data.
- Actively share specialist knowledge and provide technical expertise to supply a variety of projects and business as usual.
- Collaborate with the HR Systems Manager in the implementation of Oracle Cloud integration requirements with external applications across IT and Finance functional areas.
Key Skills:
- Experience working with Oracle HCM (required)
- Experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Depth of understanding and ability to configure Oracle Cloud HCM Base module.
- Must have experience working within an Oracle Cloud implementation methodology and project planning framework.
- To fully understand business operations across the client that use Fusion in order to design, build and maintain appropriate solutions using Oracle Cloud technology or other technical tools.
- Strong Oracle Payroll & HCM Fusion experience.
- Experience and knowledge of Payroll Fast Formula, Payroll Processing, UK Pensions & Absence Management.
