Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect. This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.
Key Requirements:
- On the end-to-end functional design of Finance in Fusion, ensuring the solution is fit-for-purpose, integrated and sustainable.
- Finance Process and Solution Design:
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end Finance processes
- Design across modules:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Cash Management
- Subledger Accounting
- Solution design documents
- Process flows
- Functional architecture
- Chart of Accounts structure
- Ledger & legal entity setup
- Business units and balancing segments
- Define accounting rules across submodules
- Ensure consistent accounting treatment
- Ensure compliance (IFRS/GAAP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Architecture – design how Fusion interacts with other systems:
- APIs
- File-based
- Event based integration
- Third-party vendors
- Banks and payment systems
- Payroll and time tracking systems
Key Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance module implementations.
- Design and Blueprint experience.
- COA design.
- Taxation and IFRS regulations.
- HDL and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL).
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Oracle Fusion Finance certification.
- Experience with multi-country or global finance implementations & Architecture.
- Knowledge of local statutory taxation rules (country-specific).
- Experience in AMS / production support environments.
- Exposure to Payroll and HRMS integrations.
