An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Transformation Manager / Head of Digital Portfolio to join an end-user organisation based in North-West England.
As the Head of Digital Portfolio you will be accountable for leading the digital delivery of a portfolio of programmes, covering Manufacturing Systems, ERP/SAP and Digital Engineering, with the focus on ensuring delivery is aligned, integrated and supports business needs.
You will lead a complex, strategic digital portfolio, driving end-to-end integration of major programmes, whilst managing dependencies across multiple delivery streams, partnering with senior stakeholders across the wider business, while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the digital delivery of a portfolio of programmes (Manufacturing Systems, ERP/SAP and Digital Engineering), ensuring delivery is aligned with business needs and integrated across streams.
- Drive end-to-end integration of major programmes and manage dependencies across multiple delivery streams.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the wider business to ensure alignment and value realization.
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing portfolio delivery team.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience as Portfolio Manager, Programme Manager or Digital Transformation Manager.
- 2-3 days per week on-site in North-West England.
- Full right to work in the UK; UK Security Clearance eligibility required.
- Strong exposure to Digital Projects and Programmes.
- Wider exposure to ERP/SAP product suite.
- Excellent leadership qualities and relationship management skills at C-Level.
