An Oracle Systems Administrator Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to join our public sector client based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week expected on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of Oracle and wider enterprise systems across a large scale transformation environment. The role will focus on ensuring operational stability, system performance, security, and continuous improvement across critical business services platforms.

Please note: the successful candidate will be required to undergo relevant security clearance checks.

Do you have?

  • Experience in Systems Administration or IT Operations leadership?
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, including system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and security management?
  • Experience managing complex IT infrastructures, environments, and support teams?
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management, operational support, and ITIL aligned processes?
  • Experience overseeing system performance, availability, security monitoring, and incident response activities?
  • Experience supporting transformation programmes, system improvements, and operational change initiatives?
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills?
