An Oracle Functional Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to join a major transformation programme based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week expected on-site.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of user-focused, end-to-end Oracle solutions across functional areas. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and third-party partners to gather requirements, define processes, and deliver functional enhancements that improve efficiency, usability, and business outcomes.
Do you have?
- Experience in functional or product roles within ERP systems, ideally Oracle Cloud, with at least 2 years in relevant modules (e.g., finance, supply chain, procurement, or HR).
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, including experience leading small teams of analysts or SMEs.
- Hands-on experience supporting system implementations, requirement gathering, testing, and change management.
- An understanding of technology implementation, product lifecycles, and business process optimisation.
