D365 Project Manager

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced D365 Project Manager to work with a key client.

  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE8 – 12 years across consulting, transformation advisory, CRM delivery, systems integration, or program assurance.
  • D365 delivery team experience for system integrators.
  • Hands-on exposure to large-scale CRM programs — MS Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of CRM failure modes: solution design, data readiness, integration complexity, testing coverage, cutover planning, business ownership, adoption.
  • Experience challenging SI delivery plans, status reporting, budgets, and assumptions — and producing fact-based escalation.
  • Strong consulting skills — problem structuring, executive Power Point storylining, decision papers, board-level reporting.
  • (Nice but not required) Prince2 / PMI certification, understanding of scaled agile methodologies.
  • Background in STEM is a selling point.
  • Experience working with senior company leadership in compressed-timeline environments
