Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Analyst. This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.
Responsibilities:
- Treating users as paying customers and providing a very high quality of service.
- Effective and customer centric resolution of calls assigned to the infrastructure support group.
- Management and maintenance of the infrastructure environment including security.
- Proactive management of Servers, Networks and Telecoms.
- Prioritisation of calls based on service levels in force and business criticality.
- Providing guidance, recommendations and costings to clients.
- High level of technical knowledge across responsibility areas.
- Strict enforcement of the current IS Standards and Policies.
- Contribution to the team’s documentation.
- Contribution to continuous improvement of the team.
