Workday Consultant Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Workday Consultant based 3 days a week onsite in Bedfordshire, remainder remote for a 6 month contract. * INSIDE IR35.* You will be responsible for working alongside the Workday Platform team and manage Platform mission, vision and Road map. Work collaboratively with supporting teams to enhance the processes and business requirements. Main Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end implementation of Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.), ensuring successful deployment and user adoption. Configure and customize Workday functionalities to meet specific business requirements and improve system efficiency. Define business and technical requirements for data migration, overseeing integration into Workday’s test environment and ensuring data is cleansed properly before go Live. Develop and maintain workforce management tools, replacing decommissioned systems for enhanced data integrity. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and execution of the project.
