VisionPlus Developer

VisionPlus Developer Whitehall Resources are looking for a VisionPlus Developer. This role involves working with hybris, with 3 days per week on-site in Sheffield and the remainder remote, for an initial 6-month contract. Job Description: The role will involve liaising with internal engineering teams, DevOps tooling teams, legal, risk management, cyber security, and external software providers. It is suited for candidates with a strong technical background who wish to contribute to organizational improvements through continuous activities. Skills and Experience: Good understanding of Credit Card Systems; WINGSFM/VMX knowledge is a plus. Experience with VisionPLUS Online architecture, CICS, and online component coding/debugging. Knowledge of CMS module. Experience in production support and all SDLC phases. Ability to independently create functional and technical design documents and high/low level designs. Strong communication skills. 5–15 years of significant software development experience. Experience in technical team and stakeholder management, governance, and reporting. Ability to work autonomously under pressure and tight deadlines. Experience with global initiatives and working with teams across multiple locations. Hands-on engineering skills in VisionPlus technologies (CMS, FAS, VMx, TRAMS, IAS) and mainframe technologies (Cobol, CICS, JCL, IAM, VSAM, EZT, File-Aid/Manager).
